Our original cocoli is a mini version of our classic gnocchi. This pasta is a kid's favorite and is perfect for simple and easy-to-eat meals.
QUICK & EASY MEAL IDEAS
Toss fresh-cooked gnocchi in your favorite pasta sauce, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Combine fresh-cooked gnocchi with tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese in a non-stick baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Melt a pat of butter in a non-stick pan. Add fresh-cooked, well-drained gnocchi and sauté over high heat for 2 minutes, mixing from time to time, until gnocchi form a nice and even golden crust.
