Turns out, a lot of people were wondering the same thing. From the moment we opened our doors in Nolita, locals, food lovers, and the media were curious about the idea of an entire restaurant built around one of Italy's most beloved comfort foods.

 

Since then, we've been grateful to share our story through interviews, opening features, and conversations about bringing authentic Italian craftsmanship into New York's fast-casual scene.
