Gluten-Free Gnocchi with Sausage and Mushroom Ragù

Ingredients (Serves Two)

  • Gluten-Free Gnocchi 1 pack

  • Sausage 4 oz

  • Mushrooms 7 oz

  • Parmesan 2 oz

  • Onions 1/3 cup (chopped)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbps

  • Tomato puree 2 cups


  1. Cut onions into small cubes.

  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices.

  3. In a pan, add extra virgin olive oil and onions. Saute for a 3 minutes.

  4. Then, add sausage (remove casing and break into small pieces) and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

  5. Next, add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Then, add tomato puree. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Then, cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.

  8. In a separate pot, bring 2 quarts of salted water to a boil.

  9. Once water is boiling, add gnocchi and cook for 2 minutes (or until they all float). Drain well.

  10. Finally, add gnocchi to the sausage and mushrooms. Stir for 1 minute. Add grated parmesan.
