Creamy Alfredo Gnocchi with bacon

Easy and quick dinner with Nocca Gnocchi: creamy gnocchi Alfredo with Bacon.


Ingredients:

- 1 package Nocca gnocchi

- 1 cup store-bought Alfredo sauce

- 4-5 strips of bacon

- black pepper

- Grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions:

Chop bacon and cook in a skillet until crispy. Boil gnocchi until they float (2-3 mins), then drain. Heat Alfredo sauce in the skillet, add gnocchi, stir to coat. Serve topped with bacon, pepper, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
