Gnocchi with sausage and mushrooms bolognese sauce

This Gluten-Free Nocca Gnocchi with Sausage and Mushroom Bolognese combines a rich tomato sauce, hearty sausage, and tender gnocchi for an easy weeknight meal that tastes like classic Italian comfort.

Ingredients:

- Gluten-Free Nocca Gnocchi 1 pack

- Sausage 4 oz

- Mushrooms 7 oz

- Parmesan 2 oz

- Onions 1/3 cup (chopped)

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp

- Tomato puree 2 cups


Directions:

Cut onions into small cubes.

In a pan, add extra virgin olive oil and onions. Sauté for a 3 mins.

Then, add sausage (remove casing and break into small pieces) and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Next, add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Then, add tomato puree. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Then, cover the pan and cook for 20/30 minutes on low heat.

In a separate pot, bring 2 quarts of salted water to a boil.

Once water is boiling, add Gluten free Nocca gnocchi and cook for 2 minutes (or until they all float). Drain well.

Finally, add gnocchi to the sausage and mushrooms. Stir for 1 minute. Add grated parmesan.
