Brie, gorgonzola and truffle gnocchi

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


- ½ onion, finely chopped

- 4 oz Brie, rind removed


- 4 oz Gorgonzola


- 1 pack Original NOCCA gnocchi


- 1 tsp truffle pâté


- Black pepper, to taste


- Salt, for boiling water


Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden and fragrant.
Add the Brie and Gorgonzola, stirring over low heat until melted into a creamy sauce, with a cup of warm water. 
Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook NOCCA gnocchi for 2 minutes.
Drain the gnocchi and toss them into the cheese sauce, mixing well to coat.
Add a pinch of black pepper and finish with a generous spoonful of truffle pâté for that final luxurious touch.
