Tomato Sauce and Burrata Gnocchi

A quick and delicious dinner ready in under 15 minutes—simple, comforting, and packed with flavor!
Ingredients:
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Half an onion
- Tomato sauce
- 1 bag of Nocca Gnocchi
- Burrata
- Salt
- Pepper
In a skillet, warm up the oil, add diced onion, and sauté until softened. Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt, then pour in the gnocchi. As soon as they start floating (about 2–3 minutes), remove them and add them to the tomato sauce. Mix well and serve with hand-shredded burrata on top. Adjust salt and add pepper to taste.
