Cocoli with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients (Serves Two):

  • Cocoli 1 pack

  • Tomato Sauce 3/4 cup

  • Basil 1 cup


  1. In a pot, bring 2 quarts of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add gnocchi and cook for 2 minutes (or until they all float). Drain well.

  2. In a pan, heat tomato sauce for 4 minutes and add basil.

  3. Add gnocchi to tomato sauce. Stir for 1 minute.
