Ingredients (Serves Two):
Cocoli 1 pack
Tomato Sauce 3/4 cup
Basil 1 cup
In a pot, bring 2 quarts of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add gnocchi and cook for 2 minutes (or until they all float). Drain well.
In a pan, heat tomato sauce for 4 minutes and add basil.
Add gnocchi to tomato sauce. Stir for 1 minute.
